Yes, we can make the small quantity sample order. Sometimes, 5-7days is enough.

7, Can you open the new module if there is any necessaries? 
No problem. If there is any necessaries, we will discuss with you. Regarding the cost, it is based on the exact orders.

8, How about the production time?
Usually 25-30days, except the peak seasons, such as April, August, September, and January each year.And the Chinese Lunar New Year is exception, the specific details depend on the situation at the time.

9, What's your payment terms?

10, Is your packaging good enough for long distance transportation? How to fix the problem if there is any damage? 
We are very careful about packaging. The inner layer is PP bag, outside octagonal PE foam , and 2-layer thickened cartons. If you have any special requirements, it can be discussed.
Anyway, if it is indeed because of our poor packaging that the product was damaged during transportation, please provide the picture and product serial number, and we will check and deal with it.
