Application of chlorpromazine hydrochloride
Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride is used in cell signaling and neuroscience research. This compound is an inhibitor of calmodulin-dependent stimulation of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE). Chloropromazine is also a D2DR inhibitor.
This compound also shows α-adrenergic blocking action. Chlorpromazine, Hydrochloride is an inhibitor of Eg5, Histamine H1 Receptor, NOS1 and PLA2.
This product is a representative drug in phenothiazine.
